This house is SO CHEAP & fully play tested. It sleeps 2 sims. The bed is fully upgraded, so hopefully it won't kill your Sims. Stove, sink, toilet, and refridgerator all have some upgrades, too. There is a woodworking table, computer, bookshelf, and easel for skill building. A garden and a few trees can be used to make money as well. Use move objects on.
