Awhile ago I noticed @lizie0star did an under 10K tudor home. I thoguth I would try the challange with a modern home. It is a home that you can definitly re-arrange and expand in the future, it has all the basics to begin with. I really like the pictures on the bedroom wall - just to throw that in there.
