The downstairs contains another bathroom with a shower and laundry nook. This home is meant to be compact as its on a small lot and to enforce sims to be around close knit family members more. I made a empty #basement for more gameplay needs. It's not too cluttered and basically a typical suburban house with #contemporary furnishing. #simple
