This is a cute little house for under 10k (without this lot) that his only the things your sim needs to survive. Since Im an idiot and built it on this lot it is 11k but if you just got the house and put it on a different lot it would be about 10k. I am pretty proud of it since I didn't see a lot of cute houses for under 10k so ye this is mine. #under10k #starterhouse
