I call this three bedroom, two bathroom the Florida house. I call it this because it reminds me of houses in Florida. This version is the unfurnished. There's a laundry room off the kitchen. Of course we don't have machines yet, but when we do, just delete the two counters and add them. This house is a great bargain.
