A cozy cottage with everything you need for a #starter. #2beds #1bath with just the basics. Fits on the smallest lot so it's available to all lots if you want more space outdoors. A second door can be added where the seat and bookshelves are to make it open to the back property. I think it's #basegame compatible, but I'm not 100% sure as of this writing. Either way, Enjoy!
