At first, I was attempting to replicate that one townhouse in TS2, but I sorta blanked on the details of its structure and winged it to create this weird-looking thing. I made it basically ultra-modern, or modernish, inside. It's not too big considering that it was built on the smallest lot, but it's pretty open.
