This modern house has two decent sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bath. There is a small swimming pool and an office space also included. Upstairs is an entertainment space located on the rear facing balcony. I haven't tested this one using sims so I apologize if it isn't fully functional but it will be easy to fix.
