I didn't know what to do with this huge 40x30 lot in Newcrest, so I built two suburban family homes on it. It is designed to use all eight household slots, with one house having a single parent and two kids and the other having two parents and two kids. It's pretty expensive, but you are technically playing with two households, so it comes to about $43,000 per house.
