At first I didn't realize why this shell was called spooky but i got it when I came to the roofing part...But I did it, so suck it Simsie!!! This house is suitable for a family with twin kids and a toddler, but if you have more sims, you can convert art studio into another bedroom. There is a lot of living space downstairs and it includes small backyard with a pool.
