This 4x4 house is good for a family of 3. Has a child's room downstairs, a kitchen/living, a tiny bathroom, a master bedroom and a balcony with tables and chairs. The only thing missing is a sink, as I struggled to place one, so you could add one yourself if you need to, but, as you know, sims don't necessarily need a sink as long as you have a bin and a shower.
