This building is a recreation of one of my favourite homes from The Sims 3 : Pondcentric! Making this build was pretty difficult because we dont have ponds in TS4 but I feel like I did a pretty good job considering the limitations. I also decided to make the home a little more modern than the original in terms of furniture and colours cause it just didnt translate well into this game. I hope you like it!
