This small modern triangle house is made to fit either one sim or a couple. There is an upstairs that you can't see in the photos and that is where the kitchen is. You may want bb.moveobjects on for this house since I heavily relied on it for most things, also it can be fit onto a smaller lot but not smaller than a 20x15.
