So I built another tree house and took advantage of the tiny living perks lol. It's a studio home with a decent sized bathroom and everything is fully functional! I didn't mean for it to be so pricey but uhm...it costs 66k lol. Sorry. There's also a cute little river/pond surrounding the home. I know I used a lot of packs too I'm sorry.
