I built this tiny home for my mermaid/university student sim! The house has three rooms, a kitchen with table upstairs boasting the 360 views of the island. Downstairs (accessable via water stairs) has a double bedroom/loungs and a bathroom. Outside you have a private bathing area and a communal BBQ area with sheltered seating.
