Robert Graybeard, descendant of the infamous pirate Theophilus Graybeard, bought this house because it was rumored to have been the residence of Theophilus Greybeard himself and might even have buried treasure. When Robert Graybeard died and the treasure hadn't been found, the house fell into ruin as people raided the house, searching for the treasure. As well as the treasure, the lot holds dark secrest.
