Finally after a year! I wasn't really using Magnolia promenade so I turned it in to this row of 6 townhouses! I'm making sims to fit in these townhomes, so stay tuned! -- Magnolia Promenade? Flop. This wannabe commercial district serrrrioussly needed some funding. That is, until the Landgraabs bought a lot and turned it into a crop of townhomes.
