These are apartment townhomes. There's 3 bedrooms per house. the two story homes have 2 bathrooms and the 1 story has 1 bathroom. They all have identical bathrooms and kitchens because they are apartments. The 1 story is actually a mobile home that was placed in these apartments so it's sort of more unique than the identical 2 stories.
