This is the civic hub of theneighborhood with accces to the mayor on the 1st floor. The entire town can be viewed from the upper floors w/quiet areas to read, conference rooms w/coffee service, and more. The basement serves as an area to detain people, but also has an office for counsel and a separate office for therapy. It has a secret observation area, a place to house children temporarilly if needed. A place for workers to spend their breaks and eat. #MBSustainability #Library #TownHall
