A shell for Torendi Tower that blends into the rest of the building. You can turn it into anything. Original builder is Elyse. You do NOT need Spa Day (something is floating around). The shell only uses City Living. If part of the black fence disappears, fix with Mega Fence. I'm always on the hunt for blended, exterior builds for City Living lots. I'm not good with exteriors.
