I only made the house, with furniture so far. I haven't checked if it is livable yet. I'm working on a 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and a 12x12 too. I did furnish this one kind of expensive though, but you can use cheaper stuff and make it a starter home most likely. Check it out.
