This is the the smallest house I've ever built. It has only 6 walls and is only 20 squares (4x5)! This house is perfect for the cheap loner. It has a single bed, toilet closet, 1 sink, cheap appliances, and a single chair for eating and watching TV. Costing less than 10k will allow your sim to upgrade/expand. I did include a microwave for the lazy/busy sims and a coffeepot... everyone needs some luxury! #Tinyhouse #starterhouse
