This is the the 2nd smallest house I've ever built. It has only 6 walls and is only 36 squares (4x9)! This house is perfect for the cheap couples who never entertain. It has a double bed, toilet closet, 1 sink, cheap appliances, and a simple loveseat for eating and watching TV. Costing less than 10k will allow your sim(s) to upgrade/expand. I did include a microwave for the lazy/busy sims and a coffeepot... everyone needs some luxury! #Tinyhouse #starterhouse
