This tiny home is a perfect #starter for an artsy and/or nature loving sim. It is a tiers two tiny home. The build is completely basegame but you can easily turn it into a micro home by leveling the foundation and removing the terrace. If you just replace the fence and put floor tiles without foundation you end up with a 32 tile house - for those with #tinyliving. Playtested, bb.moveobjects on before placing.
