My build for the #TheSims4Contest: #TinyLivingContest featuring a tiny English-inspired cottage built on the water. Outside there is a BBQ area with table and bench to enjoy the sun. Inside, the cottage features an open plan downstairs with kitchen, dining area, fireplace with a wall mounted TV and a comfortable couch. Washer/dryer mounted next to the stairs. Bathroom is also downstairs. The mezzanine upstairs houses a desk, double bed for maximum comfort, a comfortable chair and a wardrobe.
