Okay, I couldn't follow the LilSimsie rules exactly, it's way over 12k! But it does check the other boxes: room for three sims (parents and 1 child), no HiddenObjects or MoveObjects cheats, and only 32 tiles of interior space! I think it's got it all and functions. The double bed may be tricky, as my single sim had to scoot across but Simsie had hers against a wall so it should be fine, right?
