Engawa House
This lot is inspired by the Engawa House located in Seattle. There is a master bedroom and a tiny guest bedroom but optionally the lounge room upstairs can be converted into a bedroom. You may need to use bb.moveobjects in the house. I haven't play tested this house but some of the exterior panelling might clip into the wall.
