Tier 2 Tiny home. The budget went a little high for this BUT if you take about the landscaping and the computers it is basically a starter price home. This comfortably sleeps 3 sims (parents and a child) but could easily arrange the living room differently to have a murphy bed and make the master have 2 single beds, therefore sleeping 5!
