It's a #tier3 #tinyhome with 98/100 tiles used. #pet items included, specifically for a #cat. #debug items, like some exterior plants. Could this be a #starter? I mean, if we do the two sims + pet + the story line CAS option if given higher funds. It's a stretch, so possibly use the bb.freerealestate option if you want to start with this.
