I renovated the Tidal Tower dorms and got inspired by own univesity dorms in the layout of the lower floor, as well as minimal decorations and uniformity. Dowstairs contains the bedrooms for 10 Sims in total, computer room, hangout area with TV, kitchenette and a party terrace. Upstairs is a skill building area and a gym.
