I took TheSimSupply's Bungalow starter and spruced it up a bit. This is for a sim a little bit farther in the game, when they have the funds to have made changes to a home. This is set up for a girl, but can be gutted and redone for anoyone. I call this the Farmer's daughter: She's moved away from home and is starting to make her mark on the world!
