This warehouse was converted into a home, which then was converted into an even better home. I renovated the entire floorplan, so it could be a home for a rich Sim with children, who enjoy a beachier feel. The structure, as far as I can recall is the same, but the entire home was gutted and put back together. #beachhome #residential #threebedroom
