This may be a small lot, but this house has everything you need and tons of space in the house. Its huge and a complete blank canvas inside for decorating, though I did lay out a floorplan (sorry its a bit confusing...) There are lots of rooms and there are at least 4 potential large bedrooms, and lots of smaller ones for kids rooms, bathrooms, offices etc...
