The Renewal Gault Manor
After the long time owners passed away and their descendants inherited the place, it went through several quick changes. After it became apparent that it was haunted, it was razed and rebuilt only after the ground was purified. Unfortunately- the new owners didn't think to sell all of the furniture as well.
