This is a renovation of a house by #thetideschanging to fit the Newcrest homes made by #simlicy.The house is very neutral and made to look as the though the sims rent it (can only change the furniture and not the structure, wallpaper, or flooring). The house is perfect for a young couple with a child and a toddler and looks very nice in the neighborhood with the houses made for #simlicy 's save file
