Welcome to Brightchester Townhomes! This lot was heavily inspired by James Turner #TheSimsSupply and his Rags to Repayment series on Youtube. As I could not download his townhomes I decided to create my own. There are five seperate apartments in this build; two one bedroom basement apartments, a studio apartment on the first floor, and two 2 bed 3 bath townhouses, one is more upscale than the other, but both are nice. The idea is to have college kids (i.e. roomates) in the smaller apartments.
