Based on the original starter home from #thesims1 which was called #thevanillahome and was valued at 12,203 and was only as furnished as the one I built. While the gallery shows it as below 11.000 this lot ended up being around 12,900. I tried to remain as close to the original as possible despite the Sims 4 "inflation," lol.
