Built on #TheOldSaltHouse in #SanMyshuno, It has everything you need for a restuarant, bar, cafe, bookstore, library, and bakery. It also has an apartment on the highest level that can be accessed through the library building. All entrances are blocked off by a fence because Sims will put away the books in the bookstore.
