This ecofriendly build begins from thie existing floor that was revamped to a modern style with personal flare. The upstairs was an add on that was built on with only scrap metal & reusable items to create a workshop. On top of that there is a lot of creative ability for your sims all over this build. A key piece in this build is a custom made skylight that is the center of this home.
