I created this lot with the sims who already live here in mind. Blossom and Mary live in the main house where they have their own art studio (2nd bedroom) and large patio and then for more privacy and space Knox has their own studio apartment with everything they may need. I tried to reuse a lot of the items that were already in the house so it doesn't look too different.
