Run Fitness Restaurant was an experimental project hosted by the local Gym-Con, its concept was to mesh health food dining and working out. The only question is....is it sanitary? Is it healthy to eat and work out right after, or work out and eat right after? Either way it became a huge success and is now planning on expanding the number of restaurants nationwide.
