The Goths donated a large amount of money for this movie theater, but then decided they didn't want to use it as a business anymore. Now for some reason it's a cafe instead! Cafe converted from an old movie theater that I made for fun. I left the upstairs area empty for anyone who wants to turn this into a retail business with an apartment unit for their Sims to live in.
