A simple, single-screen #theatre perfect for a #family night out, or a #romantic #date. It' currently on a #cafe lot type, but this could easily be adapted to something else. It's easily converted into a #bar lot by either changing the concession area around a bit or adding some bar stools to the upstairs #lounge. Definitely room to make this your own!
