I built my own house in my chilldhood. I redesigned the floor plan and some furniture placement to make it suitable for roomates! Thus this house can fit 2 people, you can decide whice bedrooms belong to whom... I didn't personally test it. I'm not sure about the double bed in smaller bedroom will working, but you can place single bed insead.
