#SadSimsieShell This is a re-upload. I made some minor changes here and there and dropped the second bedroom. However, the study could be converted into a bedroom with a single bed, dresser, and desk still inside it...(I tested that part out). I just don't often play with "family" sims...so I converted the second bedroom into an office space for my sim. Ideally I would think this home would be suited for a single sim...or a family of three. #tested, #nocc
