A smaller house layed out for parents an their teenager. Upstairs includes two bedrooms and a bathroom attached to the kidsroom. Downstair is layed out very open with a bar and a study area. Outside has a terrace with a barbeque area. This build doesn´t use CC, but some packs were used (Cats and Dogs,City Living, Discover University).
