I moved the screening room and tech lab from the second floor to the basement. Where they used to be, we now have three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. There's a "public" type restroom in the basement, because most of the sims will be spending tons of time there. This place is loaded. so if you have a slow computer it might not handle it well.
