*#MOO BEFORE PLACING* This was a shipping yard... well, it still is. The owners cleaned out the junk from the containers, one an office with underground storage, and left the rest intact. (The debug containers in the previous version were annoying. The photo studio structure isn't debug anymore and built lower.
