NO CC. I've built this house for my PLANT Sim, but it can by used by anyone with small adjustments! There is even a small #surprise. I've hidden 6 magic beans around the house (red, purple, dark blue, pink, orange and light blue) - if you can find them all, you can even revive an old stump in the backyard ;) P.S.
