An Alchemist's mansion rebuilt and relocated brick by brick from Moonlight Falls to Brindleton Bay as a part of the rejuvination plan by the town council to save important historical sites from the late Moonlight Falls/Magic Town after most creatures relocated to sperated smaller villages.
